Support Engineers (English Speaking Remote job) 

What you will be doing

  • You will be part of one of the leading and fast growing MSPs (Managed Service Providers)  in the USA. 

  • You will be responsible for providing tech support for small and medium size businesses all over the USA territory.

Technical Skills Needed 

  • IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications, as well as virtual environments built on Microsoft and VMware.

  • Design, implementation, migration, and support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, AD, Exchange, SQL, DNS, SharePoint, Azure, Microsoft 365.

  • Implement and support disaster recovery solutions.

  • Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and security.

  • Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Remote Desktop, VDI, and Azure Virtual Desktop.

  • Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.

  • Be a team member! Work and communicate effectively.

  • Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals.

  • Review IT publications and online materials to remain up-to-date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry.
